Our Philosophy
People. Technology. Outcomes.
Three interdependent principles that govern how we think, how we build, and how we measure whether we did either well.
Senior engineers own every outcome.
Every engagement has a named delivery lead who takes personal accountability. We do not route client problems through account managers; the engineers who build your system are the ones who answer for it.
- 200+ engineers, 75+ AI-focused
- Named delivery lead on every engagement
- Senior engineers own architecture to launch
Technology is chosen, not inherited.
Tools, frameworks, and platforms are selected for the engagement, not inherited from a default stack. Every significant decision is documented in an architecture decision record so the choice is traceable, defensible, and transferable.
- Technology selected per engagement, not per portfolio
- Architecture decision records on every engagement
- No vendor mandates or default stack
Delivery ends when the outcome is real.
We measure delivery success against business outcomes, not sprint velocity. Quality gates, governance checkpoints, and handover requirements are defined at engagement start and non-negotiable throughout.
- Quality gates at every milestone
- Business outcome defined before architecture
- Handover documented from day one
People set the direction and own the outcome. Technology executes at the scale the problem requires. Outcomes determine whether both worked. Remove any one pillar and the other two cannot compensate.
Our Story
Built for enterprise delivery from the start
US entity. Global delivery.
CodeCones, Inc. is incorporated in the United States. Our commercial operations, client relationships, and strategic leadership are based in the US and UK. Our delivery organisation is headquartered in Pakistan, with a team that has built, scaled, and shipped software for enterprise clients across multiple continents.
Pakistan as a delivery centre, not a cost arbitrage.
Our Pakistan delivery organisation is built for quality, not cheap labour. Engineers are selected for capability and cultural alignment with enterprise delivery standards. Leadership is distributed: senior engineers in Pakistan lead engagements, not coordinate work assigned from elsewhere.
Built for enterprise buyers in regulated markets.
Our client base spans financial services, healthcare, technology, and government, sectors where compliance, security, and accountability are non-negotiable. We hold ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001 certifications to demonstrate that our delivery processes meet enterprise security and quality standards.
Long-term partnership, not project completion.
We design engagements for longevity. That means knowledge transfer that actually works, documentation that your team can use, and a relationship that continues beyond go-live. We measure success by whether your team can own what we build.
Organisation Scale
The depth to deliver at enterprise scale
Not a boutique studio. Not a body-shopping agency. A delivery organisation built for complexity, compliance, and long-term partnership.
Full-stack, backend, mobile, and platform engineers across delivery practices.
ML engineers, data scientists, LLM specialists, and AI product engineers.
Cloud infrastructure, SRE, platform, and DevOps specialists across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Engineering Depth
- Full-stack and backend engineering
- Mobile (iOS, Android, cross-platform)
- Cloud and DevOps infrastructure
- Quality engineering and automation
AI Capability
- Generative AI and RAG systems
- Agentic AI and process automation
- Machine learning and predictive intelligence
- MLOps and AI production operations
Leadership & Governance
How we are led and governed
CodeCones operates a distributed leadership model: commercial, technical, and delivery leadership across US, UK, and Pakistan. Governance is structured to provide enterprise clients with clear accountability at every level.
Commercial & Strategic Leadership
Client relationships, commercial strategy, partnership programme, and go-to-market decisions are led from the US and UK. Enterprise accounts have a named commercial contact in their time zone.
Delivery & Engineering Leadership
Senior engineers lead engagements from our Pakistan delivery organisation. Engagement leads are not coordinators; they are senior technical owners with full accountability for delivery outcomes.
Quality & Compliance Governance
ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001 compliance is governed through a cross-functional quality management function. Certification audits are conducted by a UKAS-accredited body on a defined audit cycle.
Governance principles that govern us
- US entity (CodeCones, Inc.) as the contracting and commercial vehicle for all client agreements
- Pakistan entity (CodeCones Pakistan Pvt. Ltd.) registered with SECP as the delivery organisation
- ISO 9001 QMS governing all software development and technology services delivery
- ISO/IEC 27001 ISMS covering client data, delivery systems, and information security controls
- Senior engineering leadership holds full delivery accountability, no arm's-length management
- Named engagement lead for every client engagement from kickoff through handover
Direct Access
Named contacts, not ticketing systems.
Enterprise clients have direct access to their engagement lead, a named commercial contact, and a documented escalation path to senior leadership. Every escalation path is agreed at engagement kickoff.

We build what we sell.
ResolveCX is CodeCones' AI-powered case, complaint, and escalation management platform: built by our own engineering teams using the same standards, practices, and architecture decisions we apply to client engagements.
It is a live demonstration of our product engineering capability, deployed by enterprise organisations in regulated industries where audit, compliance, and governance are non-negotiable.
